1. All monies to be held in trust in SMCC "Save Barrabool Fund" via tile purchases on
the "BIG PICTURE" Wall, will be refundable upon request save in the limited
circumstances described in paragraph 4 below.
2. If, by end of year 2006 sufficient funds are not raised to enable the purchase
of McAdam Park at that time, then if necessary, and subject to SMCC being able to
satisfy the lending criteria of relevant financial institutions, SMCC may, at its
discretion, take out a 5 year bridging loan to acquire possession of McAdam Park.
Fundraising will continue through this period.
3. If the purchase of McAdam Park, Barrabool is unsuccessful, then in accordance
with the objectives of the SMCC to promote and encourage through the club, the sports
of motocross, off road motorcycling, and recreational riding, all remaining monies
(after refunds), will be used to contribute to the purchase of other land suitable
for the establishment and operation of a motorcycle park and also finance the
building of the necessary infrastructure on that land.
4. If McAdam Park is not able to be purchased, and if other suitable land and
infrastructure has not been purchased by 1 June 2011, individual sponsors of $100 or
more (excluding G.S.T.), may ask to have monies refunded, less a 10% administration
fee. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the SMCC Treasurer and
received by the Treasurer by no later than 1 July 2011. Requests not made in writing
or received after 1 July 2011 will not be eligible for refunds in any circumstances.
All monies under $100 are non refundable in any circumstances. Funds raised by I June
2011 will other wise be retained by SMCC and used solely to contribute to the
purchase/lease of available land to enable the SMCC to provide facilities for the
pursuit of the objectives of the Club.
5. Bonus 1 year membership of SMCC for every purchase of $500 value (excluding
G.S.T.). Membership can be either Adult or Family.
6. As well as the entitlement described in 5 above, a bonus LIFETIME individual Gold
pass for every purchase of $1000 value. Lifetime pass entitles holder to general
admission entry to all SMCC sponsored and controlled events at McAdam Park, for the
life of the nominated pass holder.
7. All pledges to tiles will not be eligible for extra benefits as described in
paragraphs 5 and 6 above until payment in full is received. Pledges are to be a
minimum of $500 plus GST. with a deposit of $50 to be paid upon application. Remaining
pledge monies are due and payable upon which time SMCC signs contract of sale, or other
parties on behalf of SMCC, for purchase of McAdam Park in part or whole for the purpose
of ongoing motorcycle usage.
