Once all the tiles are sold on the 'Big Picture' wall, the wall will actually be built. It will be 3 metres high by 16.7 metres long, that's a big wall! It will be constructed on a low base to keep the bottom tile owners out of the dirt and mud so that they can be easily seen.

Now, if you take a look at the picture below you can see our man there who has wandered over to the wall for a look. See that band of tiles that are right in front of his eyes? They're the primo tiles and they're priced accordingly.

The wall will hopefully stand for many years as a testament to all the people and businesses who helped save Barrabool and preserved a precious piece of our sport's heritage. But why stop at one tile? The more tiles you buy the more people will see! And remember, if you're a business, your tiles are sponsorship and are tax deductible, so if you spend a couple of dollars more you can have your name or business right there front and center for everyone to see!

On the 'Big Picture' Wall main screen you will see the Wall. On the Wall you will see some tiles that are various colours, by looking at the legend below the screen picture you can see what the tile colours mean. The brighter coloured tiles are sold, a grey mask means the tile is available, a pastel pink means the tile is reserved. The mask colour may appear slightly different in shade according to what colour the tile is underneath.

Choose your tile by either clicking on the tile you want, or entering your favourite number in the "Jump to a tile" field. After you do that, a small window will popup with a link that says 'This tile is available. Buy now!', and an 'Add to Cart' button. If the tile you've selected is already sold or reserved the popup window will tell you and there won't be a buy link in the window.

To continue your purchase you can either add this tile to your cart, then continue shopping for more tiles, or click the buy link / proceed to checkout, and you'll be taken to the purchase page, there are 4 sections, we'll explain them one at a time.

1. Here you can decide whether you want to sponsor your tile as either an individual, business or pledge. Our business tiles and pledge tiles cost more than a personal tile but for good reason.
   
   If you purchase a business tile you have the facility to write a short blurb about your business, upload your company logo if you have one and also include a link to your company's website! Your business and logo will be featured on our Business Sponsors page and will also feature in our list of Business Sponsors on the Big Picture Wall main page.
   
   When a visitor is looking at your area of the wall as they move their mouse cursor over your tile a hover window will appear with your business name in it, if they click your tile your blurb, logo and website link appear in the popup window when, information about your business will be there for everyone to see, no matter where in the world they come from!
   
   If you make a pledge to purchase tiles, the value of your tiles has to be above a minimum amount ($550) but you have the flexibility of just paying a deposit now and the balance of your tile's purchase value when we need the money to buy the land and save McAdam Park.
   
   When the physical wall is built your business name will be on your tile.
   
   If you purchase your tile as an individual then you have two text fields to put in your name which will appear in the hover window when someone mouses over your tile and also in the popup window if they click your tile. Your name will also be on your tile when the wall is built.
   
   
2. Here you fill out your customer information, name, email address, country etc. If you are purchasing a business tile then you put your company name in here also. The name you type in will automatically appear in the tile box below. You can overwrite this on the tile itself if you would like to have a nickname, or family name appear on the tile.
   
   Please also take a moment to pick an option from the 'SMCC Member?' list.
   
   
3. Now you can input exactly what you would like to appear on your tile, in your hover window etc. usually your name or business name.
   
   If purchasing as a business it's here that you would write your short description of what your business does and what you have to offer a potential customer. You can also upload your company logo and fill in your website's address.
   
   
4. OK, have a quick look at the Terms and Conditions, check the box and click one of the 2 payment buttons at the bottom of the screen.
   
   Clicking the "Pay by Paypal or credit card" button will take you to a Paypal screen. PayPal does our credit card processing for us, all your credit card details are stored on their secure servers.
   
   Clicking the alternative "Pay by cheque / money order" button takes you to a PDF version order form. Print the page off and mail it with your cheque to Sporting MC Club, PO Box 447, Geelong, Victoria, 3220. Please make cheques payable to 'Saving Barrabool Fund'.
   
   NOTE; Clicking either of the payment button locks in your tiles, even if you back out of the payment.

If you have purchased a tile and then when you hover over your tile you see a message saying 'This tile is awaiting approval' then don't worry. If you have paid by credit card then once your payment clears PayPal will notify us, this is usually almost instantaneous but can sometimes take up to a couple of days. Alternatively, if you've paid by cheque then we'll wait for your cheque to arrive in the mail.

As soon as we receive notification of your payment being approved or we receive your cheque we'll update your tile status to sold, then you will see your details when you hover over or click your tile.

All credit card transactions are conducted on PayPal's secure servers, PayPal uses the latest encryption and internet security measures to keep your credit card details secure. For more information on PayPal's security, please click here.

Any information gathered during the the process of your tile purchase, including email addresses, phone numbers etc., will be kept confidential and will not under any circumstances be furnished to any third parties except if required by law. All personal details are kept in a secure database.

Donors can request a refund (on sponsorships of $100 and over) less 10% admin costs, when all hope of acquiring McAdam Park is gone. This may mean if the land is sold to another party who has the intention of selling back to the club, then the money will be kept for that. All monies to be held in trust in the 'Saving Barrabool Fund' for land purchase. All monies remaining after refunds will be kept for future alternate land purchase.

Why sponsor a business tile? If you sponsor a business tile for twice the standard rates of a personal tile you get to advertise your business for everyone to see and also receive some extra benefits.

As a visitor hovers their mouse pointer over your tile your business name is displayed in the tooltip that pops up, so the more tiles you sponsor the more obvious you are on the Wall! You can buy a block of tiles or spread them over the Wall in the different areas. If they click your tile then a window opens with your business name, your logo, a short description of what your business does or has to offer and a link to your website if you have one.

You also get to have your logo or business name displayed on the main page of the Big Picture Wall site, again your logo or business name can be a clickable link to your website.

Once all the tiles on the Big Picture Wall are sold then the actual physical wall will be built, your tile will have your business name engraved on it.

So for a few dollars more you not only get to advertise your business online on the Big Picture Wall, you also get your name on your physical tile forever!
